1. Acceptance
By using this website, making a booking or placing a Market order, you agree to these terms. The website belongs to Orixás Residence, operated by Orixás Serviços de Hospedagem Ltda (CNPJ 35.848.816/0001-54), Praia do Encanto, s/n, 5ª Praia, Morro de São Paulo, Cairu/BA, Brazil. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. About the information on the website
The website presents the houses, services and stay rules. Photos and videos are illustrative. Prices, services and conditions may change. Availability and the price of your stay are confirmed in the booking engine or by our team, and only apply once the booking is confirmed.
3. Bookings
- Bookings are made through the booking engine (Stays) or by the reservations team. Payment, cancellation and other conditions are those shown when you book and in the confirmation.
- Each house's capacity is its number of suites × 2 and includes children. There are no extra beds or mattresses, except in Casa Axé. Pets are not allowed.
- For groups of more than 10 guests, our system cannot combine houses in a single booking: separate bookings are made, one per house. Message the reservations team on WhatsApp (75) 99803-3755.
4. Stay services
- Transfer: one taxi ride on arrival and one on departure are included. Tell us your times 24 hours ahead, and the front desk books the transfer.
- Vila Pass: an extra service giving access to the gym (open 24 hours), the hotel pool and, at the spa (9 am to 6 pm), the relaxation pool and sauna. It is sold per person per day, only to guests who will use it, and must be purchased for every day of the stay. It is not available for children. Without the pass, the hotel pool is not part of the stay.
- Prices shown on the website for services charged separately are reference prices and may be updated.
5. Market orders
- The guest chooses the items and the delivery date and time to the house. The amount shown on the website is an estimate.
- Orders placed by 3 pm are delivered the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm are delivered the next day. Deliveries are made from 8 am to 5 pm.
- Orders depend on product availability. If an item is unavailable, we will let the guest know on the WhatsApp number provided.
- There is no online payment. The amount is added to the house account and charged at check-out.
- To change or cancel an order, contact the concierge on WhatsApp (75) 99854-8839 as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations depend on the progress of the order and may not be possible once it is being picked or has been delivered.
- Product photos and descriptions are illustrative. Prices and products may be updated.
6. Proper use
- Provide true and complete information.
- Use the website lawfully and do not try to access restricted areas, interfere with its operation or overload our systems.
- False, repeated or abusive orders may be refused.
7. Intellectual property
Texts, photos, videos, trademarks and the design of this website belong to Orixás Residence and Vila dos Orixás, or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use this content commercially without prior written permission. The reviews shown were written by guests and published on Google.
8. Liability
We make an effort to keep the website accurate and available, but it may contain errors, delays or interruptions. We are not responsible for the content or operation of third-party websites that we link to. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer protection law gives you.
9. Privacy
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the update date at the top.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the judicial district of Cairu/BA are chosen, without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring an action in the courts of their place of residence.
